How do I know if my bow is the right size?
To confirm the size of the bow you're looking at, simply click on the small thumbnail next to the product image to see the same size bow on our cute little model. To compare sizes to determine which one you like best, click on the Size Chart or take a look at our How Big Is Your Bow page.
What is the WeeStay™ No Slip Clip?
This is our exclusive combination of a high-quality spring clip and a no-slip Wee Ones® label made from a safe silicone-like material. The WeeStay label is affixed inside the clip and does not interfere with the bottom of the clip.
Our WeeStay clips are sized to fit the bow -- smaller bows have a small clip, while our King bows and above feature an extra-large clip that holds these heavier bows even better. This patented technology help Wee Ones bows stay in place longer.
Are Wee Ones bows available on other attachments besides the WeeStay™ No Slip Clip?
WeeStay is our most popular clip and is offered on all products. Some styles are also available on a barrette, French clip or a pony. See specific product pages for the attachments available on each product.
How can I place my order?
Ordering is easy! All In-Stock products are available to order online anytime. You can also contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-258-9996 during office hours (M-F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST), or order by email, or by fax at 314-400-6711. Payment must be made at the time of your order.
Is my credit card charged when I place my order?
Your credit card is charged for the full order amount when your order is placed. If we are unable to ship all of the products you ordered because of a supply issue, we will apply a credit once we ship the final contents of your order.
I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
Please contact customer service immediately at 1-800-258-9996 or by email. If your order has not been shipped already, it may be canceled, and we will issue you a credit on the credit card you used to place the order. The credit will usually appear on your account the next business day.
Can orders be returned?
We will gladly accept returns within 10 days of order receipt. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Wee Ones will refund the cost of item(s) to the same credit card used for original purchase. Wee Ones does not refund shipping charges, and you must pay shipping to return the item to us.
To arrange a return, please contact us by email or by phone at 1-800-258-9996. If you would like to purchase a different item, please complete a new order online.
Can sale items be returned?
Yes, sale items can be returned. The same rules and procedures above apply.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UPS SurePost shipping on any orders of $75.00 or more (after discounts). If your order is below $75.00, shipping charges apply. Click here for more details.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer multiple expedited shipping options. Clickherefor more details. Please note that while shipping can be expedited, all orders take at least 2-3 days for processing, so please factor that into your purchase decision.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We use UPS to ship our packages and they do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we can. Our website does not accommodate international addresses, so please contact our customer service team directly at +1 (314) 400-6710 or by email to place an order and discuss shipment options.
How do I become a retailer for one of your brands (Wee Ones, Après les Petites, or Sublime Designs)?
