Graphic Designer

Position Summary

Looking for a creative enthusiast to assist in all aspects of content creation across print media and digital platforms. Individual needs to be tech savvy, passionate about fashion, eager to learn and have fresh ideas to build the brand. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our Marketing, Sales and Design teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned).

  • Supports the Marketing team in creating eye-catching visual content for web banners and graphics, social media graphics, printed materials and more.
  • Creates effective email marketing campaigns coinciding with the promotion calendar.
  • Maintains and updates design assets, templates, and shared libraries.
  • Assists with creation of sell sheets and catalogs.
  • Product Photography including editing for print and/or web-ready (training available).
  • Collaborates with other departments to understand project requirements and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign. Illustrator a plus.
  • Interest in Photography (training available).
  • Email-marketing software experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and problem-solve when needed to meet deadlines.

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, Illustrator a plus.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Required.
  • Capable of learning internal systems.

Job Type

  • Full-time Monday-Friday, Onsite in Earth City, MO
