Great customer service! Great bows!

I purchased this bow along with 4 others. I’ve purchased from them before and so already knew the quality is good. The fabric they use is thick and holds its shape very well. They seem expensive per bow but after it shopping around, the quality is there to justify the price. However, more importantly is that their customer service is top notch. Unfortunately I had my package stolen from outside my front door after it was delivered. Their customer service went above and beyond and shipped me a brand new replacement even though it was not their fault and they weren’t obligated to.

100% will order from them again
