I will be a customer for Wee Ones for life. I ordered items on Black Friday and was not notified until I received my order that an item was out of stock. I emailed customer service and actually got a call from Kristin. She was incredibly apologetic and found that they did have it in stock and would ship it out asap. Then when I got my package, she had included an extra bow. Such a kind gesture and over the top customer service. Love this company and their products. Thank you!
